If a patient requires physical care, we can even dispatch our mobile door-to-door team for IV therapies and chronic care management.

Is this service white-labeled, or will patients know it's a different company?

We work hand-in-hand with your practice to maintain maximum continuity of care. We can operate as a co-branded extension of your clinic, the After-Hours Care Network powered by Sunshine Clinic so patients feel safe knowing their primary doctor is completely in the loop.

Integration & Data

Does this integrate with our existing EMR/EHR system?

Yes. Our proprietary software layer integrates directly with major ambulatory and inpatient EMR systems (including Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and Oracle/Cerner). We utilize shared charting, meaning every prescription, note, and encounter our providers log is pushed directly into your patient records. Your primary care team will see exactly what happened overnight the very next morning.

Is your platform HIPAA compliant?

Absolutely. Patient data privacy is our highest priority. Our software infrastructure, communications systems, and shared charting tools are 100% HIPAA compliant and utilize enterprise-grade encryption to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI).

How does the revenue-share model work?

We believe in true partnership, which means we do not charge your clinic heavy up-front software fees. Instead, we operate on a transparent revenue-split model. For every virtual visit or door-to-door specialized service (like IV therapy or HRT) we perform for your patient base, your clinic retains a designated percentage of the total sale. We turn your off-hours into a passive revenue stream while you maintain primary patient ownership.

Who handles the insurance billing?

We offer flexible billing configurations depending on your practice's needs. We can either route the billing directly through your existing billing department using our automated coding software, or our team can handle the collection and distribute your revenue share automatically.
